OUR SIMPLE TRUTH . . .

Recently, Sea Link International initiated an intensive introspective look at ourselves to evaluate our strengths & weaknesses, so that we can do a better job for you.

First, we launched a series of surveys sent to our customers and prospects aimed at understanding and anticipating our customer’s needs.

Our next step was based on the book, “The Simple Truth About Your Business”, by Alex Brennan-Martin which was distributed to each associate at Sea Link. Each of us had input about our value to our customers.

Through both efforts, we learned that our customers “trust Sea Link to get the job done - and to do it well.” Through this discovery, our “simple truth” was born. At Sea Link, we are “Devoted To Earning Trust.” More than a marketing tag line, it is something fundamental to our daily tasks and personalized support of our customers… It is a way of life for us at Sea Link.
